What to Expect in a Reiki Session
Your session with me is a deeply intuitive journey, personalized to your energetic and emotional needs.
Here's what happens:
-We begin with a calming conversation about your intention and current emotional, spiritual, or physical needs.
-You’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable table (or be seated if preferred), with soft music and grounding aromatherapy.
-I will gently place my hands just above or lightly on the body, intuitively guiding Reiki energy where it's needed most.
-You may feel warmth, tingling, emotion, or simply a profound sense of peace.
-We’ll close with a short reflection and grounding.
Distance Reiki sessions are also available and just as powerful, allowing healing wherever you are in the world.
